Who We Work With
We work with homeowners and business owners across the North Shore and Southern New Hampshire. Many projects are developed in close partnership with architects and designers, carrying ideas from early design through construction and making sure what’s on paper translates cleanly into the build. We also support realtors and their clients with early guidance, helping assess scope, feasibility, and next steps ahead of a sale, purchase, or renovation.
Our Process
Initial Conversation
We start with a short intake and a call to understand your project, your timeline, and what you’re hoping to achieve. We’ll talk through where things stand, whether you’re working with an architect or still early, and what the next step should be.
This first conversation helps us get aligned early and make sure we’re setting the project up in the right direction from the start.
Walk-Through
We come out to the house or business and walk the space with you. This is where we start to understand how everything ties together. We talk through the vision, flag early considerations, and get a feel for the scope and complexity.
Based on the walk-through and early design direction, we can typically provide a ballpark range to help guide decisions before moving into more detailed planning.
Planning & Alignment
As drawings come together, we work alongside your architect or designer to review the project, build a realistic budget, and align on scope before construction begins.
This is where we coordinate with our trade partners and make sure everything is set up to run smoothly once we start building.
Build & Follow-Through
Once everything is aligned, we move into construction with a clear plan, steady pace, and consistent communication throughout.
As the project wraps up, we walk the space with you, complete final items, and close things out cleanly. We remain available for any follow-up after completion.
